Meet Christine
Tenacious. Fiesty. Spirited. Gutsy.
Real estate isn’t just about opening doors and signing documents—it’s about asking the right questions before they become problems.
Can I take down this wall?
How do I buy a new house when I haven’t sold mine yet?
How fast is too fast to make an offer?
What’s the secret to staging a home without losing your mind (or your sanity to a pile of storage bins)?
For over 20 years, I’ve been answering these questions with calm confidence, sharp strategy, and a network of trusted pros. My job isn’t just to get you to the closing table—it’s to make the journey there feel good. Whether buying or selling, I’m your proactive partner and unwavering advocate. I am exceptionally professional and eloquent, with a streak of scrappy, when needed.
My own home has been my best investment, and I help my clients achieve the same—through fierce attention to detail, clear communication, and a little levity when things get real (estate).
About Me?
I live in Cleveland Park with my husband, John, our 8-year-old son, Oliver, and Officer Hank, our undersized, overzealous “guard dog.” I’m a proud graduate of Georgetown Visitation and Loyola College. Before diving into residential real estate, I spent over a decade at Trammell Crow Company and Monument Realty, riding the highs and lows of commercial real estate—including the 2008 crash—and emerging even more passionate about helping people build stable, smart futures.
I’m a lifelong swimmer, a compulsive declutterer (my family has thoughts), and a voracious reader—39 books and counting this year. I find joy in interior design, garden planning, sourdough bread baking and good coffee.
Real estate is deeply personal. When you work with me, you’ll feel that from day one.
